Natural Longevity Club ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-supported personal training and nutrition coaching service. We provide research-based guidance on exercise and nutrition for longevity — without supplements, without hype, and without paid partnerships.

2.2 Workout questionnaire

When you submit a workout support request, we collect:

Training goal priorities (across longevity, strength, aesthetics, weight loss, endurance, mobility)
Training frequency and session duration preferences
Injury or physical limitation disclosures
Gym access status
Self-assessed fitness levels (endurance and strength)
Email address (for plan delivery)

2.3 Booking information

When you book a personal training appointment, we collect:

Name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Preferred days and times

2.4 Technical data

We may collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and page interaction data) for website security and performance monitoring. This data is not used to identify you personally.

03 Special Category Data

Certain information you provide — including allergy information, disclosed injuries, and body metrics — may constitute health-related data classified as special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR. We process such data exclusively:

On the basis of your explicit consent, given at the time of questionnaire submission;
For the sole purpose of preparing your personalized plan;
With access restricted to authorized coaches and nutritionists directly involved in your plan.

You may withdraw consent for processing of special category data at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

04 How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide to:

Develop a personalized nutrition or workout plan tailored to your goals and circumstances;
Deliver your plan and related follow-up communications by email;
Schedule and coordinate personal training sessions;
Respond to your inquiries;
Improve the quality and effectiveness of our services.

We do not use your personal data for advertising, third-party commercial profiling, or any purpose incompatible with those listed above. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with supplement companies, advertisers, or commercial partners — consistent with our commitment to no paid partnerships.

05 Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a); Art. 9(2)(a) for health-related data): you provide explicit consent when submitting a questionnaire or booking form;
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing is necessary to deliver the service you have requested;
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): where necessary for the operation and improvement of our services, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

06 Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

Questionnaire responses and plan data: up to 24 months, to allow follow-up and plan revisions;
Booking information: up to 12 months following your last appointment;
Email communications: up to 24 months.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 09).

07 Data Sharing

We do not sell or commercially share your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Internal team: certified coaches and nutritionists engaged by Natural Longevity Club who are directly involved in preparing your plan, subject to confidentiality obligations;
Service providers: technology providers (e.g., email delivery, secure cloud storage, website hosting) who process data strictly on our behalf under data processing agreements, and may not use your data for their own purposes;
Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or lawful request from a competent authority.

08 Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse. Health-related data is handled with heightened care and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

No method of internet transmission is entirely secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your data.

09 Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Natural Longevity Club website and all associated services ("Services"). Natural Longevity Club provides AI-supported, research-based guidance on exercise and nutrition for longevity. We operate without supplements, without commercial hype, and without paid partnerships with any brand or product.

02 Eligibility

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you access our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

03 Nature of the Service — Not Medical Advice

⚠ Important: The nutrition and workout plans provided by Natural Longevity Club constitute general wellness information for healthy adults. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional.

If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have recently undergone surgery or injury, or are currently under medical supervision, you must consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider before following any plan we provide.

Our guidance does not involve supplements, pharmaceutical products, or clinical interventions of any kind. Natural Longevity Club is not a medical practice and its coaches and nutritionists are not acting in a clinical capacity.

04 AI-Generated Plans

Your personalized plans are generated using an AI system trained on peer-reviewed research in exercise physiology, nutritional science, and longevity. All AI-generated output is reviewed by qualified coaches and/or nutritionists before delivery to you.

While we strive for accuracy and evidence-basis, AI systems are subject to limitations and may produce outputs that require professional verification. You are responsible for reviewing your plan critically and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional before implementing significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

You have the right to request human review of any automated output (see Privacy Policy, Section 09).

05 No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary. Natural Longevity Club makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding specific health outcomes, including but not limited to weight loss, muscle gain, performance improvement, or longevity extension. Outcomes depend on individual factors — including adherence, genetics, health status, sleep, stress, and lifestyle variables — that are beyond our control or knowledge.

06 User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all questionnaires and booking forms;
Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations relevant to the safety of your plan;
Use our Services and any plans provided solely for personal, non-commercial purposes;
Not use our Services if your health status requires individualized medical supervision for dietary or exercise changes;
Not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any plans or materials we provide without our written consent.

07 Intellectual Property

All content produced by Natural Longevity Club — including plans, methodologies, text, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to Natural Longevity Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you solely for your personal wellness purposes. No other rights are granted.

08 Bookings and Cancellations

Fees, scheduling arrangements, and cancellation policies for personal training sessions are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings at our reasonable discretion. Where a session is cancelled by us, any applicable fee will be refunded in full.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Longevity Club, its coaches, nutritionists, and staff are not liable for:

Any injury, illness, adverse health outcome, or physical harm arising from following a plan;
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
Any reliance on AI-generated content without independent professional verification;
Any loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

Our total aggregate liability in any matter relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those Services in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory provisions of your local law provide otherwise.
